Hi Ride fam, I’m Emma – and bringing my indoor cycling obsession to Denmark’s very first studio!
For me, teaching came from a multi-year love affair with the concept and I wanted to push myself further outside my comfort zone. As a result I had the pleasure of teaching at two top studios in London, and now I can’t wait to share this passion with you!
My classes aim to equip and empower you to expand your own comfort zone, all to a backdrop of banging pop remixes, deep house and euphoric EDM tunes. Practice is progress, whatever it looks like – all you gotta do is show up, clip in, and enjoy the RIDE!
I’m Swedish, raised in the UK, but might sound American! Now I’m a recent CPH gal and am always looking for the next bit of the city to explore – tell me your favourite spots over a shake!
