Our signature 50-minute lift class. Designed to build strength, make you sweat and have fun! Choose your favorite instructor and lift to the beat. 

LIFT Theme

This is your chance to dive deep in to a certain music genre, artist or.. Whatever our amazing instructors come up with.  

Programs

Every month each instructor create a new program. The programs are designed with progression in mind – each week they build on the last to help you get stronger, move better, and feel more confident. Despite this, there is no need to wait for a new month to jump in – the lift programs are designed so you can join any time. 

Lift class group

Take your time understanding the structure, exercises, and flow. Don’t rush. Ask questions, try things out, and get comfortable with the setup. This week is all about learning. 

Now that you know what’s coming, shift your focus to how you move. Dial in your form, work with control, and build consistency. This is where the foundation is laid – solid technique means safer and more effective training. 

You’re ready to push. Gradually increase the load and challenge yourself. Stay smart, stay sharp, but don’t be afraid to test your limits. This is where the real gains happen.
