Originally from the U.S., I moved to Denmark two years ago with my husband and we have recently adopted a hysterical cat named Hygge. I’ve taught group fitness for 22 years—everything from yoga and CrossFit to aqua aerobics, strength classes, and yes, even Tae Bo and Step Aerobics in the early 2000s (embarrassing, I know!). I hold a Master’s in Exercise Science, so I’m a bit of a body nerd. When I’m not teaching, I’m traveling, trying new restaurants, or planning adventures for my U.S.-based travel company. My Stretch and Flow classes offer a restorative balance to high-impact workouts by improving flexibility, releasing tension, and helping your body recover more effectively.
