Job description
Lead high-energy, rhythm-driven, and form-focused Megaformer classes
Create a welcoming and pleasant experience that keeps members coming back for more
Inspire and support our customers in support of helping them excel

Qualifications
A seasoned coach with 1+ years of teaching experience (bonus points if you’ve rocked multiple disciplines)
Passionate about challenging and empowering people
A natural motivator with a strong presence, and strong (vocal) energy
A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, music-fueled environment
You are available to teach at least 5 hours per week and 2 weekends a month

Lift instructor
Job description
- Designing and delivering strength-focused workouts with heavy weights and controlled movements, aligned with our BeatLift format.
- Providing guidance on proper form and technique to ensure a safe and effective workout.
- Offering modifications for different fitness levels, making classes accessible for all members.
- Creating an engaging, positive environment where members feel supported and inspired.
- Building relationships with members and encouraging a supportive community.
- Contributing to the upkeep of the studio space, ensuring all equipment is organised and ready for each session.
- Continuously learning and staying updated on fitness trends and techniques.
- Commitment of minimum 3 classes per week.
Qualifications
- Certification in group fitness or personal training, preferably with a focus on strength training or weightlifting.
- Previous experience leading fitness classes or personal training sessions, particularly strength-based workouts.
- Strong knowledge of proper lifting techniques and injury prevention.
- High-energy, motivational personality with a passion for helping others achieve their goals.
- Ability to build strong connections with members and encourage a supportive, inclusive community.
- Passion for health, fitness, and helping others achieve their goals.

Ride instructor
Job description
- Designing and delivering dynamic, music-driven cycling workouts.
- Providing modifications and adjustments to ensure all fitness levels are accommodated.
- Creating a welcoming and inclusive environment for all participants.
- Building relationships with members and encouraging a supportive community.
- Maintaining the studio equipment and ensuring a clean, safe workout space.
- Continuously learning and staying updated on fitness trends and techniques.
- Commitment of minimum 3 classes per week.
Qualifications
- Certification in group fitness or cycling instruction (or willingness to obtain one).
- Previous experience teaching group fitness classes, especially cycling, is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate and inspire others.
- Passion for health, fitness, and helping others achieve their goals.
- Positive, energetic attitude and a team player mentality.
