What is Stretch?

Welcome to Stretch, the newest addition to the Beatriders lineup. This 50-minute class is all about slowing down, tuning in, and giving your body the recovery it deserves. Expect deep, guided stretches set to calming beats, helping you release tension, improve mobility, and leave feeling lighter – both physically and mentally.

Our signature stretch class. A full-body, 50-minute stretch session designed to improve flexibility, release tension, and support recovery. Expect long, guided holds, gentle mobility work, and deep breaths – all set to calming beats. Great on its own or after a tougher workout.

What to expect in a Stretch class

Stretch is 50 minutes of guided movement focused on long holds, breath, and deep release. You’ll move through a sequence targeting hips, hamstrings, back, shoulders, and more – areas where we all tend to carry tension. All levels are welcome, and no flexibility is required to start.
