With 15 years of dance under my belt, I’m ready to get you moving on the Mega, finding new ways to challenge yourself and enjoy movement!
My classes are all about showing up for yourself and finding that sweet spot where growth (and shakes…) happens, all paired with a killer playlist of course 😎💘 I’ll be your biggest cheerleader (and yes, I really did cheerleading…) helping you achieve that feeling of disbelief/satisfaction at the end of every class!
