I bring over a decade of experience in group fitness with a focus on functional movement, strength training, and mindful conditioning. My classes are built to challenge your limits while tapping into your strength – physically, mentally, and intentionally.
Outside the studio, I enjoy dance shows, yoga, eating and drinking my way around Copenhagen, travelling, and exploring museums.
I believe that movement is medicine – my goal is to create a community where you feel supported and leave class feeling stronger, clearer, and more connected 💙
