Programme
We’re going all in: 7 days, 21 BEATRIDERS classes, and endless sunshine. Each day includes: 1 x LIFT, 1 x RIDE, 1 x STRETCH + some extra activities and social moments we’re keeping secret.. for now.
The bikes are set up on a rooftop overlooking the ocean – every sweat drop comes with a sea breeze. Want to smash all 21 classes? Amazing. Prefer to hang by the pool with a smoothie (or a sangria)? Also amazing. This is your week – move as much (or as little) as you want. You also have the possibility to book the resorts other classes, like yoga, trampoline fitness or water aerobics!
YOUR COACHES
Konstantin
Konstantin is the co-founder of BEATRIDERS and the heart and soul of the studio. He coaches RIDE, LIFT & STRETCH in the studio every week – and travels the world guest instructing at different studios. He is one of the few coaches worldwide selected to teach at Ride The World 2026 in Mexico (pretty iKONic behaviour if you ask us)
He LOVES a good Taylor Swift song and will push you to the next level, showing you that you can conquer the world!
Mikka
Mikka has been with BEATRIDERS since day 1. She teaches RIDE, LIFT & STRETCH, and as an actress, she turns every class into a full-on show. Her classes are waitlisted weekly & she’s the hype woman you need in your corner for each session to be the highlight of your day.
