Nobody likes to rush, so aim to arrive at least 15 minutes early. This gives us time to show you around, help you with your bike setup, and let you soak in the excitement of trying something new! Always make sure to check-in at our front desk. Please note the studio closes 2 min before class starts.

Order your shake before class and have it ready when you’re done. No waiting, no hassle – just grab and go.
WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?
Wear whatever you’re comfortable in – workout gear is ideal. We trust your style sense! For our Lift Studio socks are mandatory and for our Form Studio gripsocks are mandatory. We provide cycling shoes for Ride.

CLASS STRUCTURE
Every class starts with a guided warm-up and clear coaching from start to finish. Our workouts are scalable – you control the resistance, the weights, and the pace. Go at your level, push your limits, and don’t worry about anyone else. If you need help, just raise your hand – we’re here.
We finish with a proper cool-down. Most important part: Always fun.
